Blumenthal Nursing & Rehabilitation is a senior living provider in Greensboro, North Carolina that offers residents Nursing Homes. My father stayed at this facility for about 3 weeks following an accident and surgery to his leg. The nursing and rehab staff were personable and friendly and provided the attention and care that my father required. The admin check in was painless and from the very beginning of his stay until the day we checked out, he had excellent care.
If you have to be in a nursing facility, this is a good one. My mother feels like Blumenthal Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation is her home. I think the staff is doing an excellent job because she was in her mid-nineties when she went in because she had fallen and she went in for rehab. After she got there, she never once said anything about going back to her apartment, and she loves it over there.

He was put there because he didn't want to go to hospice. They had good food, and they had a lot of foreigners his age, but they had the system where they have to see the light outside your room, and that can be slow. I've heard comments from families that they're not too involved there. Overall and as far as cleanness, they were very clean, they seemed to keep up with the place very well, and the food was good. We couldn't tell what was going on sometimes as far as they started off with his physical therapy, they stopped that without informing us, and later they just found out that it would not do him any good.
